We drive into the highlands west of the city searching for an inspiring bird conservation project which succeeded in turning ex-hunters into conservationists. We learn and participate in the daily activities of the local Javanese people. After our traditional lunch we visit a nearby waterfall with a 5 meter jumping platform in the middle of the jungle. This area breathes peace and serenity.
